Alice Allen Spangler

Lebanon, VA – Alice Allen Spangler, age 87, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 14, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Matthew and Mary Allen.  She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: David Jackson Spangler; and four brothers.

She is survived by her daughters: Becky Hill and husband Rodney, Lisa Henley and husband Phillip; grandchildren: Allyson Ray and husband Bradly, Eric Hill and wife Tara, Abby Vencill and husband Tyler, Olivia Ratliff and husband Seth; sister-in-law: Betty Allen.

A special thank you to Susan Lambert, Nancy Meade, English Meadows staff, Caris Hospice nurses and staff.

Private services were held for Mrs. Spangler.
