Anita Louise Hughes (Nene), 58, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her father, Huston Vermont Winebarger and granddaughter, Everly Mullins.

She was a simple lady that loved her family. She loved to garden, listen to music and work with her flowers.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Hughes; mother, Mary Lou Maggie Winebarger; daughters, Kimberly Mullins, Christina Mullins, Hope Owens and Chelsea Winebarger; sons, Steven Mullins and Mark Jones; sisters, Lisa Crowder and husband Billy, Janice Hale and husband Mike Hale, Patricia Ball and husband Chester, Barbara Fields and fiancé Jeff Harris and Daisy Helbert and husband Dennis Helbert; brothers, Clayton Winebarger and wife Michelle and Charles Winebarger; grandchildren, Jocelynn Moon Mullins, Madelyn Rosenbaum, Kisten Mullins, Jeremiah Mullins, Samuel Mullins, Casey Jones, Serenity Cunningham, Jaxson Cunningham, Katherine Cessor-Culver, Dylan Cunningham, Haley Cunningham, Madison Cunningham, Cainen Owens and Connor Owens. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
