Connie Hale Smith

Connie Hale Hampton Smith, age ,70, born December 5, 1954, passed away May 20, 2025, at her home in Blountville with family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Ed and Gladys Dye Hale. Connie worked at Lear of Lebanon for 10 years. She had many friends, she loved music and dancing, she loved her family and friends very much.

In addition to her parents Connie was preceded in death by her husband Brian Smith; sisters: Glenda Dye and Martha Musick; brothers: Fred Hale and Bobby Hale.

Connie is survived by her sons: Teddy Hampton, Scott Hampton and wife Chasty, grandchildren: Olivia and Benjamin Hampton; sisters: Sandra Combs and Emily Combs; brother Stan Hale. Several family and friends also survive.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00pm Thursday May 22, 2025, in the Ketron Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Roger Combs officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s Disease Charity of your choice.
