Connie Jean Woodruff

Glade Spring, VA – Connie Jean Woodruff, age 67, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 5, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Verl Leo Mullins and Dollie Duty Mullins. She was a Holiness Faith. Connie loved to read the Bible, play cards, word search books and cooking.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dwane Mullins and two infant brothers.

She is survived by her children, Donald Abram Woodruff and wife Tessa, Candie Skeens and husband, Randall, Kelley Snipes and husband, Christopher; sister, Edith Steffey; brothers, Luther Mullins and wife, Barbara, Cleophas Mullins and wife, Kay; grandchildren, Jonathan Woodruff and wife Cheyenne, Hunter Woodruff and wife Marissa, Garrett Woodruff and wife Hannah, Jacob Woodruff and wife Maddie, Daythan Woodruff, Janie Short and husband Josh, Allison Ratliff and husband Austin, Caleb Skeens, Kendra Snipes, Raylin Snipes, Talon Snipes, Nolan Snipes; great grandchildren, Mackenzie Woodruff, Havenn Woodruff, Haisleigh Woodruff, Malaya Woodruff, Bentley Woodruff, Remi Woodruff, Jonah Short, Jace Short; Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Funeral service will be held 1pm Tuesday December 10, 2024, in the Combs-Hess Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel with the Rev. Darrell Milgrim and Rev. Bill Crawford officiating. Burial will follow in the Mullins Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6pm until 8pm Monday December 9, 2024, at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jonathan Woodruff, Hunter Woodruff, Garett Woodruff, Jacob Woodruff, Daythan Woodruff, and Caleb Skeens. Honorary pallbearers Josh Short, Austin Ratliff, Marcus Glover, Christopher Snipes, and Randall Skeens.
