Dakota Blake Keene

Dakota Blake Keene, 23, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025.

Dakota was a graduate of Lebanon High School. He liked to fish, and was always very inquisitive, a hard worker and very organized. He loved to go out to eat and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints of Abingdon. He was very interested in going on a missions trip to spread the Gospel.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gerald and Dorothy Futreal, Millard and Phyllis Keene; uncle, Phillip Keene.

Dakota is survived by Wayne and Susan Keene, Sarah Keene, Emily Belcher, Olivia Keene, Isaac Keene, Caleb Keene, Jacob Keene, Karl Keene and wife, Susan, and Jennifer Garrison.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Friday, October 31, 2025, in the Combs-Hess Funeral and Cremation Service chapel with Bishop Michael Keohane officiating. Burial will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens in Lebanon. The family will receive friends from 6 pm until 8 pm on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Dewey Lawrence, Caleb Keene, Isaac Keene, Fred Sutherland, Jr., Ben Sutherland and Lance Blackwell.
