Franklin Dale Kiser

Franklin Dale Kiser, age 59, of Lebanon, VA , passed away peacefully on Nov. 26,2025 surrounded by loved ones.

Born on Oct 9,1966, Frankie was known for the love of his daughter Ashley and his grandchildren, his favorite dog Jack, The Pittsburgh Steelers, NASCAR, Friday Night Lights, St. Louis Cardinals and his family.

He is survived by his daughter Ashley Harris and husband Jonathan, grandchildren Devon Harris, Jaylynn Harris, and Aiden Harris. Brothers David Kiser and wife Joetta, Tim Kiser and wife Cookie, Greg Kiser and wife Sherrie. Also, several nieces and nephews who will forever hold his memory close. He was preceded in death by his father and mother Hobert T. Kiser and Pauline M. Kiser. Brothers Kester, Darrell, Charlie and sister Tammy. Long time companion Patsy Jessee.

Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025, in Ketron Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Rev. Donnie Musick officiating. Burial will follow in the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Devon Harris, Aiden Harris, Aven Kiser, Ashton Kiser, Kaden Miller, and IJ Kiser.

Honorary pallbearers will be Randy White, Jason McFadden, Ducky Sykes, Korbin Fletcher, Phil Sykes, Adam Sykes and nephews.
