Harold Dewain Lambert

Harold Dewain Lambert went home to be with his Lord and Savior on January 21, 2026.

Harold was born on August 24, 1932, in Nora, Virginia, to Noah and Ritter Lambert. He was a member of the Lebanon Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon, and he served on several committees over the years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, Alene Lambert; his sisters, Pauline Martin and Lila Turpin; his brothers, Milton Lambert and N.B. Lambert.

Harold is survived by his loving and much-loved sons, Dewain Lambert, Rocky Lambert and wife Linda Lambert. Three grandchildren Matt Lambert and wife Kristna, Zack Lambert and wife Kayla and Amanda Mongel husband Adam. Three great grandchildren, Mox Lambert, Simon Mongel and Alexandra Mongel. One brother Gray Lambert and several nieces and nephews; along with several friends and close church members.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Friday January 23, 2026, at Lebanon Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Gragg officiating. Entombment will follow in the Ketron Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 pm prior to the service. Funeral Honors will be conducted by UMWA Sub-28 Chaplain Corp.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Harolds memory can be made to the Lebanon Baptist Church Family Life Center, P.O.Box 488, Lebanon Va, 24266.
