Harold Eugene Osborne

Harold Eugene Osborne, 58, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam Edward Osborne and Shirley Ruth Hill Osborne.

He was a graduate of Richlands High School class of 1986 and retired from the Town of Richlands. He enjoyed fishing and anything to do with cars. He was a member of Maple Grove Community Church.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lillian Osborne; daughter, Kayla Stepp; sons, Trevor Osborne and Chris Osborne; sister, Sharon Hess and husband Darrell; brothers, Paul Osborne and wife Helen, David Osborne, Richard Osborne and wife Tania and Brian Osborne; grandchildren, Solomon Daniels and Austin Stepp and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 pm, Wednesday, September 11, 2024 in the Combs-Hess Funeral and Cremation Service chapel with Pastor Donnie Hobson officiating. Burial will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:30 pm until the time of the service. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
