Harry Wayne Steffey

Lebanon, VA – Harry Wayne Steffey, age 72, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 21, 2022. Born August 29, 1949. He was the son of the late John Franklin and Rosa Fields Steffey. Harry was a graduate of Emory and Henry College, received his Master's Degree from Radford University, was a former principal of Honaker High School and retired from Russell County School Board Office.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son: Michael Franklin Steffey.

Survivors include his daughter: Kristin Leighann Rhea and husband Monty Mackenzie Rhea; sons: Kevin Wayne Steffey, Shawn McKinley Steffey and wife Kelly; grandchildren: Meghan Elizabeth Steffey, Luke McKinley Steffey, Kylie Ann Rhea and Madison Mackenna Rhea.

The service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2022 in the Chapel of Love Mausoleum at Temple Hill Memorial Park with the Rev. Jeff Kinder officiating. Those who wish to attend are requested to meet at the mausoleum.
