Herbert Conal Breeding

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his wife: Nancy Breeding; twin brother: Curtis D. Breeding; and other brother: Dewey Breeding.

He is survived by his son: Steven Breeding; daughter: Laura McMahon and husband James; devoted cousins: Louise Breeding and Aline Johnson; half-sisters: Carol Walters and Brenda Thompson; half-brother: Roger Breeding; grandchildren: John McMahon, Grace McMahon and Isabel Breeding; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on October 30, 2021 in the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will immediately follow the service at Russell Memorial Cemetery. Military honors will be conducted by the Lebanon VFW Post 9864.

Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
