Homer Lee White

Homer Lee White, age 90, went to be with the Lord Friday November 28, 2025. Born January 25, 1935, he was the son of the late Arthur and Arminda Church White. He was a US Army veteran having served in the 101st. Airborne Division during the Korean War. He owned and operated Whites Heating and Air, he was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church, he loved to fish, camp, hunt and spend time with his grandchildren

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter: Shelia Stoots; grandson: Chad Long, and several brothers and sisters.

Homer is survived by his wife of 68years Carelene White; daughters: Pam Hatfield and Brenda Purdam; sons: Richard White and Micheal White and wife Rhonda. Eight grandchildren, five great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive

Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday December 3, 2025, in the Combs-Hess Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1-2pm prior to the service.

Military honors will be conducted by V.F.W. Post 9864.
