Janet Boyd Clark, 81, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

Janet loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed going to church and listening to the singing. She had worked at Lebanon Apparel for over twenty-one years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, McKinley and Kathleen Boyd; one son, David Clark; two great-granddaughters, Chelsea and Hannah Compton; one brother, Larry Boyd and two sisters, Janis Hess and Linda Wells.

She is survived by her husband, Emmitt Junior Clark; daughter, Kathy Hale and husband Ricky; grandsons, Marcus Johnson and wife Amelia, Ben Hale and Michael Clark; granddaughters, Sheena Baigent and Kristy Denzin; great-grandchildren, Trevor Buchanan, Jaylen Clark, Kiva Clark, Kaylee Denzin, Aubrey Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, Gabriel Johnson, Michael Hale and Ava Hale.

Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026 in the Combs-Hess Funeral and Cremation Service chapel with Rev. Dennis Scarberry and Evangelist Terry Puckett officiating. Burial will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Pallbearers will be Marcus Johnson, Ben Hale, Michael Clark, Trevor Buchanan, John Puckett and Larry Combs.

Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Hale, Jeremiah Johnson and Gabriel Johnson.
