In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Donnie Murray; and brother-in-law: Denny Summers.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-two years: Lester Wade Summers; two sons: Ronnie Summers, Brian Summers and wife Marsha; sister: Doris Summers; brother: Allen Trent and wife Robin; two grandchildren: Anna Summers and Nolan Hank Summers; sister-in-law: Carol Murray; brother-in-law: Tommy Summers and wife Lynne; brother-in-law: Chris Summers and wife Cheryl; sister-in-law: Lori Summers; two aunts: Judy and Janice; uncle :Johnny; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel, in Lebanon, VA, with Pastor Kirby Miller and Pastor Paul Price officiating. Interment will follow the service in Ketron Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, February 26, 2022. The funeral service will be livestreamed on our Combs-Hess Funeral Service Facebook Page, Sunday at 2:00 p.m.

Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.

Honorary pallbearers will be the men of Mount Calvary Church.
