Kelly Carter Hermann

Kelly Carter Hermann of Abingdon, VA, passed away Monday, October 20, 2025.

Kelly was a graduate of Lebanon High School and pursued a career in cosmetology.

She was preceded in death by her parents Wyatt Harry Carter and Dorothy Ellis Carter.

She is survived by her siblings, Carole Fitzsimmons, Kathy C. Mull and husband, John, Michael Carter, Wyatt “Scooter” Carter and wife, Millicent, and Jeanie Spence and husband, Jerry and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

A private celebration of life will be conducted at a later date.
