Larry Lance Snead

Lebanon, VA- Larry Lance Snead, age 75, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 5, 2022. Born August 8, 1946. He retired from VDOT and was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. Larry was a former Assistant Scout Master and Troop Committee Member of Troop 239 in Lebanon. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

He was preceded by his mother: Eula Snead; brothers: Alfred Snead, Bill Snead and Carroll Snead; sister: Anna Kate Snead.

He is survived by his wife: Barbara Carter Snead of Lebanon; daughter: Marissa Snead Harrison and husband C.C. of Knoxville; son: Chris Snead and wife Cameron of Lebanon; sister: Linda “Red” Snead of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 2022 in the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Steve Stutzman officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The service will be livestreamed on our Combs-Hess Facebook Page at 2:00 p.m.
