Larry Stanley Stacy

Larry Stanley Stacy, 74, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Giles “Bud” Stacy and Gertrude Sparks Stacy; brother, Clarence Stacy, Gary Stacy, Henry Stacy; sisters, Retha Ratliff, Eula Evans, Phyllis Stanford and niece Jawanna Osborne.

Larry was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from Buchanan Oil.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila Stacy; sons, Brian Yates and wife Tonya, Rosedale, Kennith Osborne and wife Ann, Franklin, TN.; mother-in-law, Betty Osborne; sister, Shirley Hensley, Hurley, Va.; brothers, Bill Stacy and wife Lela of Sailsville, OH. and James Stacy and wife Kathy of Hurley, VA.; grandchildren, Kristen Yates and Justin Osborne; brothers-in-law, Ricky Osborne and wife Donna and Rusty Osborne and Debbie Estep; special nephew, Jason Stacy. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1 pm on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in the Combs-Hess Funeral and Cremation Service chapel with Minister Jimmy Yates officiating. Burial will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 pm until 8 pm on Monday, July 6, 2026, at the funeral home.  Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Lebanon VFW Post #9864.

Pallbearers will be Rusty Osborne, Ricky Osborne, Jason Stacy, Seth Osborne, Todd Osborne and Justin Osborne.
