Lowell Herbert Batton

Swords Creek, VA – Lowell Herbert Batton, age 79, passed away on March 11, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on November 7, 1944 the son of the late Edward Mason Brown, Marie Dye Batton and step father Herbert Batton.

Lowell is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Reata Gale Dye Batton, daughter, Tina Marie Batton.

He loved to work outside and read western books.  He enjoyed time with his family and his dogs.    

Lowell is survived by his daughter, Linda Batton of Swords Creek and son, Lowell Edward Batton and wife, Misty of Swords Creek, grandchildren, Alexis Marie Batton, Amber Tucker, Ashley Tucker, Justin Dye and Dustin Batton; step-brother, Joe Lockhart and wife Trish.

Per Mr. Batton’s wishes no services will be conducted.
