Survivors include her husband of 40 years: Lawrence Kiser; daughters: Karla Palmore and husband Zane, Kelli Stevens and husband Josh; mother: Imogene Cox-Vice and husband Roy Vice; sisters: Vivian Collier, Sue Mullins and husband Bill; brother: Scotty Cox; grandchildren: Jaylee Stevens and Logan Stevens; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2022 at the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Darrell Fletcher officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. The funeral service will be livestreamed on our Combs-Hess Funeral Service Facebook Page, Friday at 7:00 p.m. The committal service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2022 in the Cox Family Cemetery, Whispering Hills Road, Pound, VA. Anyone wishing to attend is asked to meet at the cemetery by 12:50 p.m. Saturday.

Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
