Nellie Eileen Reynolds

Lebanon, VA – Nellie Eileen Reynolds, age 70, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Orvine and Ruby Mullins. She was of the Christian faith and attended primitive quartet concerts religiously. She was the former administrator of Altamont Manor Assisted Living and served there for thirty-three years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Billy Jean Reynolds; and son: Gregory Allen Reynolds.

She is survived by her son: Billy Jean Reynolds, Jr., (Rhonda); sisters: Faye Tignor, Alice Smith (Jerry), Linda Dye (Jack), Anita Farmer (Danny); brothers: Ronnie W. Mullins, Hank Mullins (Mike); grandchildren: Lori Reynolds (Corey) and Brittany Reynolds; great-grandchildren: Asher Sanders, Dawson Hicks, and being raised as her son: Draven Hicks; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 22, 2023, in the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Virgil Musick and Rev. Ted Rasnake officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service in Temple Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jack Mitchell, Bradley Dye, Trevor Alexander, Wesley Alexander, Chad Smith, Corey King, and Daniel Farmer.

Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Cantrell, Mike Strickland, Tom Lewis, Jace Warner, Jerry Smith, Shauna Alexander, and Karen Deskins.
