Jane Ray

Lebanon, Va – Pamela “Jane” Ray, age 68, went to be with the Lord Wednesday February 7, 2024. Born March 6, 1955, the daughter of the late Carl “Brownie” and Betty Robinson Ray. 

She loved to shop, she loved to do her acrylic nails, and she loved work, she spent many years at the Chevron in Lebanon, and she last worked at the Sunoco Black Diamond 25 in Lebanon. 

  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter; Amanda Combs; sister: Joyce Abshire; brother: Eddie Ray.

  She is survived by her daughter: Shannon Jacobs and husband Greg; Long time companion:  Robbie Martin and his daughters Christina Martin and Stephanie Miller; sister: Connie Musick; grandchildren: Kristan Goff, Dalton Gibbons and girlfriend Jessica Helton, and  Ethan Goff; great grandchildren: Thea Gibbons and Weston Rogers; her canine companion Myla Mae. Several Nieces and nephews also survive.  

   A celebration of life service will be conducted at 7:00pm Sunday February 11, 2024, in the Combs-Hess Funeral service Chapel with the Rev. Grady McGlothin officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 7:00pm prior to the service.
