Phyllis L. Killion

Midlothian, VA – Phyllis L. Killion, age 74, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 18, 2021. Born January 29, 1947, the daughter of the late Bernie Tignor Jr. and Hazel Helton Tignor. Longtime member of Maranatha Baptist Church in Annandale, VA. after relocating to Chesterfield, VA she attended Chesterfield Baptist Church in Moseley, VA, her career highlights include work as a bookkeeper for First Virginia Bank, the Journal Newspapers, and BB&T.

In addition to her parents Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin D. "Little" Killion.

She is survived by her sister: Frances Horne of Lebanon; son: Kodi Killion and wife Angela of Chesterfield, VA. and grandchildren: Kyler, Emma, and Reese.

Funeral service will be conducted 2:00pm Tuesday November 23, 2021 in the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Brian Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00pm prior to the funeral service.
