Rhonda Carlene White

Rhonda Carlene White, 64, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Mullins and Phyllis Dotson Mullins and niece, Crystal Mullins.

Rhonda was a CNA for many years. She enjoyed painting and working in her flowers. She loved the Lord and her family dearly.

She is survived by her husband, Scott White; son, James Scott Setser and wife Jennifer; sisters, Denise Balthis, Sheryl Dunford and husband Chris, Carmen O’Rorke and husband Mike; Deonna (Charlie) McCready and husband Sam; brothers, Steven Mullins and wife Kim, Randall Mullins and wife Jebra; granddaughter, Illithia Setser. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside service will be conducted at 2 pm on Friday, August 21, 2026 at White Family Cemetery with Rev. Ted Rasnake and Rev. Virgil Musick officiating. Those wishing to attend should meet at the cemetery.
