In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant brother.

He is survived by three brothers: Denny Williams and wife Joyce, Randy Williams and wife Eliza, Gary Williams and wife Ramona all of Lebanon: two nieces; Amy Lambert and husband Brad and Leanna Peck and husband Brandon; three nephews: Dennis Williams and wife Kendra, Kevin Williams and wife Jill, and Chris Williams: great nieces; Harper Williams, Casey Williams, Lila Jane Williams, Aubrey Lambert, and Alexis Mitchell, great nephews; Blake Williams, Trenton Peck, Lincoln Williams, and Brayden Lambert also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday July 18, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. in the Green Valley Baptist Church with Pastor Don Zampogna and Rev. Jim Fuller officiating. Burial will be Monday July 19, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Ketron Memorial Gardens. Those wishing to attend are requested to meet at Combs – Hess Funeral Service by 10:40 a.m. to go in procession to the cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm prior to the funeral service. The service will be livestreamed on Combs-Hess Facebook page starting at 8:00 pm.

Serving as pallbearers will be Dennis Williams, Kevin Williams, Chris Williams, Blake Williams, Marty Schlichting, Steve Wallace, Wayne Whitaker, and Jerry Hawkins.

Honorary pallbearers Giles Gibson and Paul Musick.
