Sandra Joyce Sykes
Sandra was preceded in death by her mother: Ruth Sykes; grandparents: Bev John Wallace and Maxine Wallace; sister: Patricia Horton; and granddaughter: Abigail Peak.
She was the loving and proud mother of her son: Mitchell (Lacey) Helton and daughter: Melissa Helton; grandmother of Luke Peak and Savannah Peak. Sandra is also survived by her loving siblings: Thomas “Peanut” Sykes, Jr. (Dorothy), Barry Sykes (Karen), and Deborah Churchill. Sandy also leaves behind her beloved cat: Snuggles. Special neighbors: Gina and Elma, as well as her nephew, niece and many cousins.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Ketron Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jackie Cox officiating. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery.
