Stella Louise Alderson

Cleveland, VA – Stella Louise Alderson, age 72, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 4, 2024. She was born on December 8, 1951. She was the daughter of the late Anderson Tignor and the late Hazel Monk Tignor. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-two years, Harry Alderson and son, Harry Wayne Alderson.

Louise loved going to church and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a very loving and caring person that always put others before herself, she lived in the shadows so others could shine.

She is survived by her sons: Timothy A. Alderson and wife, Vickie Collins-Alderson and Jason L. Alderson and wife, Sharon Alderson; sister-in-law, Sandy Alderson; sisters, Lakie and husband, Dale Dean, Darlene Nunley and husband, Ronnie; brother-in-law, Dick Alderson and wife Scarlett; grandchildren: Tyler Alderson, Madison Griffin, Seth Alderson, Caleb Alderson, Halle Alderson, and Austin Riggs; daughter-in-law: Audrey Alderson; special niece, Tammy Tignor along with several nieces and nephews also survive. 

The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to all those involved in her care.

A private service will be conducted. Interment will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens.
