Tucker Zayne Taylor
Lebanon, VA – Tucker Zayne Taylor, age three months, passed peacefully in the arms of family on Friday, September 17, 2021. Baby Tucker was born June 14, 2021. During his time here on Earth, he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Tucker loved having his mommy and daddy read to him and was surrounded by love.
He was preceded in death by his mamaw: Karen Hess; papaw: Shelden Hess; and grandfather: Johnny Taylor.
He is survived by his parents: Aaron and Ellen Taylor; two sisters: Sadie Birchfield and Bella Gray; grandparents: Patricia and Luke Holbrook; aunts: Heather Allen, Emily Hess, Erica Hess, Marnie Hess, Amie Taylor, Sharon King and Micki Hess; uncles: Jonathan Taylor, Jeffery Hess, Christopher Hess, Stacy Hess, Eric Allen, Jonathan Saldivar and Jon Everett Peck.
A special thanks to Penny Sherek, Euva Sutherland and Ruby and Ted Fogleman and the Ronald McDonald House of Nashville, There With Care and the doctors and nurses of the NICU unit of Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 24, 2021 in the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Joshua Savage officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Ketron Memorial Gardens.
