Phyllis Ann Austin passed away on August 25, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Shade and Myrtle Lockhart Combs; sisters, Lucille Musick, Betty Musick, Linda Bostic and Lillian Breeding and stepson, David Austin; son-in-law, Dave Gillooly, and ex-husband, Jerry Austin.
